The hotel's location is ideal, as it is conveniently situated near downtown and within close proximity to all the major attractions. the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a homely atmosphere. The breakfast offered was also delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the staff were welcoming and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The manager's attitude towards guests was quite rude and unprofessional.

Staying here was such a great experience. This place is located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around by foot or using the metro station nearby. I loved the room service and housekeeping, they kept everything nice and clean throughout my stay. The amenities in the room, such as the electric kettle and mini-bar, made my stay even better. I also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

The staff at the reception desk couldn't solve our request, but everything else was perfect. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in a great location with excellent amenities and services.

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with good facilities and fast wifi. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center but away from the hustle and bustle. We also enjoyed the beautiful design of the room, with charming folk Romanian elements.

The staff could have been more friendly and cute, and the issue with the clogged bathroom sink should have been handled better. the breakfast options could have been tastier and more diversified, as we have experienced in other hotels of the same brand.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were modern and convenient. The staff were great too make us feel welcome and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the heart of this beautiful city, in a peaceful alley away from the main road. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and it was easy to explore the city center either on foot or using public transportation.

During my recent stay at Mercure Bucharest City Center, I was impressed by the hotel's fantastic location. Being just a few steps away from Piata Romana, I found it convenient to explore the city using the nearby bus lines and metro station.

Although there were a couple of small drawbacks, such as a lack of traditional tea options and some noise on one night, they were easily overlooked compared to the overall positive experience I had at the hotel.

Excellent check-in, helpful staff, provided map and restaurant recommendation. Value exceeded expectations. Convenient location, short walk to old town center. Clean, quiet room in nice area. Comfortable bed, very clean with lovely scent. Early check-in went smoothly. Close to metro, local eateries.
